Your complaint will be directed to the appropriate department and will receive a response within a few business days. Additionally, we may offer you the option of an in-person meeting for further discussion.

We are committed to making every reasonable effort to address and resolve customer complaints promptly. If a complaint is forwarded to us by a State Department of Banking & Finance, we will promptly review it and provide a response to the Department within a few weeks of receiving the complaint.

In the event that your complaint pertains to your credit report, you can dispute the inquiry by contacting Certified Credit, Avantus Credit, or Informative Credit. Upon receiving your credit report, you can dispute any transactions either via email or by phone, using the contact information provided on your report
